I just bought a tin of Burt's Bees lip balm and I can't open it. Any suggestions?Burt's Bees Won't Open?
just pull as hard as you can. I cant really help you because im not there to open it for you or to see why it doesnt open but i dont know, put it under boiling hot water and then try to open it using a rubber glove. That might work!

Try using something with grip. Something with a rough surface may help. Try running it under warm water, drying it thoroughly then using a towel, or rubber gloves.
