Burt's Bees Bay Rum Shaveing Bar Questions.?

I have purchased the Burt's Bees shaveing kit that comes with the cup, brush, and bar. I was wondering can anyone give me pointers on exactly how to use this and what should it look like when i add hot water and later it up. How thick should the lather be and what do i do for clean up? Do i just leave it in the cup as so? Are do i take the bar out, wash the cup rinse the bar and place it back in? Thank you all ;)Burt's Bees Bay Rum Shaveing Bar Questions.?
1) Wet the brush %26amp; rub the bristles gently against the soap to create a lather like the lather you get when you shower.

2) Brush the lather onto your beard. Work the bristles a little bit against your stubble to make it stand up.

3) Shave and rinse your face as usual. Re-apply lather to missed spots if necessary.

4) Rinse off the brush %26amp; shake well. Allow the brush to air dry on a clean dry cloth.

There are special racks to suspend the brush so the bristles remain straight. e.g. http://www.vermontcountrystore.com/shopp鈥?/a>

Do not leave the brush in the cup. The bristles will get bent %26amp; keep the soap soggy.

5) Drain excess water out of the cup. No need to rinse the soap unless you got bits of stubble on it. Allow the soap to air dry.

6) You can rinse %26amp; wash out the cup once or twice a week if needed.Burt's Bees Bay Rum Shaveing Bar Questions.?
For step 2 - work the lathered bristles in circular motions against your face for best results. Report Abuse

Try Brut Cologne and Shaving items instead it's great!

I just love this stuff! And the green plastic bottle is the ultimate indication of true class! I am the true stud of the trailer park when I wear this, and the visible cartoon-ish stink lines that emanate from me when I go out give me that needed edge to pick up the toothless ladies! It has many other uses as well, such as unclogging drains, flushing groundhogs out of their holes, road flares, gasoline substitute, windshield de-bugger, self-defense, antiseptic, weed killer, and varnish stripper. I also drink it.
