I went to the dermatologist for the same thing and was told to use Vaseline. Works great and no more peeling!

Aquaphor works great for me, and I have serious peeling lips. Vaseline doesn't work for me (doesn't last), and Burt's Bees is nice, but too waxy for my taste.
Probably the Bees wax. However neither will solve the problem.
