Is it Ok to use Burt's Bees Honey and Shea butter on the face?

It might clog your pores, because it's thick. .unless it's specifically for the face, I wouldn't use it. If you're looking for moisturizers, try drugstore.com, and just type in moisturizer in the search box. You'll have a list of products with ratings and reviews. you can probably use it at night or rub it into your skin and then rinse your face with a little warm water. i wouldn't use it every day though.
If you want to use something good on your face, just use good ol' Petroleum Jelly [vaseline].
